Annual Chamber Events:
Third
House Sessions (January – March)
Chamber members meet monthly on Saturday mornings with their state senator and
area representatives to discuss issues affecting our community. Watch the
Chamber Advantage and Times-Mail for dates and locations. Annual
Chamber
of Commerce Dinner (April)
Each year Chamber members come together to reflect on the year’s
accomplishments and for the Chamber’s leaders to share their vision for the
Chamber’s future. In addition, the Chamber presents its annual community
service award, recognizes the semi-annual beautification winners and the board
chairperson presents an award to an individual for outstanding service to the
Chamber.
Annual
Golf Outing (May)
The Chamber’s Annual Golf Outing is a great time to get together with
co-workers or business associates and network with other Chamber members. Over
140 golfers play in this all day Florida-style scramble.
Business
After Hours (Monthly)
The third Thursday of every month the Chamber co-hosts a business after hours
with a sponsoring member. Business After Hours is strictly intended as a
Chamber social function and networking opportunity, always lots of fun!
Seminars
(Monthly)
The Chamber holds monthly seminars on a variety of subjects eliminating the
high cost of out-of-town training for Chamber members. Seminars are also
intended to serve as a networking tool for participants.
